Elisabeth Viilu Photography ("I," "me") is a photography business based in Stowe, Vermont. This page explains what information I collect through this website, how I use it, and the choices you have.
Information I collect
When you contact me or book a session: your name, email, phone number, and the details you share about your session or event (dates, location, who's in the photos). My contact and booking forms are powered by HoneyBook.
When you book and pay: payments are handled securely by HoneyBook and its payment processors. I never see or store your full card or bank details.
Your photo gallery: your finished photos are delivered through Pic-Time. Pic-Time may collect basic information such as your email when you view, favorite, download or order prints.
Website analytics: this site uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect anonymous information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the general area and device you browse from. This helps me understand how people find and use my site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How I use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and plan your session
- To send your contract, invoices, reminders and your photo gallery
- To follow up after your session, including occasionally asking for a review
- To improve this website
I don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and I don't share it with anyone except the service providers listed above who help me run my business, or if required by law.
Your photos
From time to time I share favorite images from sessions on my website, blog, Google profile and social media, as outlined in my client agreement. If you'd prefer your photos not be shared, just let me know and I'll respect that.
How long I keep it
I keep client information for as long as needed to provide my services and for my business and tax records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, unless I'm required to keep it by law.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and I don't knowingly collect information from children online. Photos of children are only taken and shared with a parent or guardian's permission.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I have about you, or unsubscribe from any emails, at any time.
